Cancellation Policy
No guarantees can be made and no refunds will be given for services rendered. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule, cancel or adjust your appointment (ie, removing a service from what is scheduled), we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. Any adjustments, rescheduling, or canceling past 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Same day adjustments, rescheduling or cancellations up to 2 hours before appointment will result in a fee of 75% of the scheduled service(s). Less than 2 hours or no call/no show will result in a 100% charge.
Arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened or modified service. If there is not enough time to complete the service while maintaining quality standards, you may be asked to reschedule. Regardless, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
